“Uplifting National Defense in Globalization"

A nation is a great power if involving the young generation, including us. Each country has got to interact intercourses and interlocks each other regarding to maintain its society existence. Above all, self adaptation is a necessity to predominate with complex problems, particularly for uplifting national defense. Adaptive-progressive feature is regarded a solid unity blended at once. It is what I want to explain about.

In long preceding time, human hunted venison to survive in wild life surrounding, against wild natural change. But we are so far away and no more lived in that wild world. Time was changed. We are now residing on a sophisticated land, above a certain country. Of what many people called as “globalization”, has widespread throughout world. Everything tends to convert in its flexible way and unpredictable occasions.

According to my opinion, globalization is a process to lay down world under one roof with distance and geography unbounded. It enables a connection between two countries or peoples more, could be grasped briefly. However, inevitably globalization has deployed raising a ground change in politic, economy, and social aspects. In economy, it’s caused black market and franchise. Internet and robot are some the technology product. Other, it brings about so many alien customs seeping freely. If we keep it going, possibly the ancestry’s tradition up to vanish. Tragically, countries let it lose its national identity that means national defense too. If we let this unbridled globalization keep coming in and out without a restriction, not advancement would be on hand, but a declining is about left behind.

Global rivalry led to the so-called “wild rule” again prevailing, the fittest stands still. We are as part of social life could not stand by our single foot, because human as a homo homini socius or human is social being, must withstand upon every social changing wave to be an adaptive generation who interacts another. So, we must be used to act adaptive that capable to accustom with each forthcoming change. Adaptive stance might regard as a strategy to tackle self quality. If we have it, we no more feel bother stared at good or bad impact because has been a strong self quality person to knock out the “wild rule”. Outside adaptive, we need a progressive, or think forward, is also demanded to vision more advance society in the future. Hence, national defense has to use adaptive-progressive young generation to cope with contemporary issues.

21st century world needs a conversion gaining advancement. Actually, it’s through a short or long term processing. This process is to bear whether it will be successful or unsuccessful, but somehow Indonesia has done successful progress. Our government gave evidences that Indonesia owns adaptive-progressive people. As result, she has a powerful defense from global economic crisis and being an active role in preserving green living as well as enhances educational qualities because illiteracy is getting more dwindle. Though, Indonesia still needs a better struggle than this now.

Conversion is eternal. So, we shall be ready grappling the stream change that tends going on ahead. Don’t be a stagnant and just halt on one point rejecting globalization, whereas it always keeps moving forward pointless. In the manner of adaptive-progressive generation, we are upgrading ourselves and our outstanding national defense as well.
